1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Use ("Terms") regulate your access and use of applications, websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) from within India, provided by FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED , a private limited company registered in India at 208, SHIVDHAAM COLONY, A SECTOR, LIMBODI, INDORE Dist.-INDORE

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, establishing a contractual relationship between you and FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED. If you disagree with the Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms replace any prior agreements you might have with us.

Additional terms may apply to certain Services, like special event policies or promotions, and will be disclosed during the relevant transactions. These supplemental terms are considered an integral part of the Terms for those Services and will prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate access to the Services or any part thereof, without notice, under the following conditions:

  •  If there is reasonable suspicion of your breach of these Terms.
  •  If you likely do not meet the legal or policy standards set by Febriwash to use the Services.

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED may terminate these Terms or any part of the Services at any time without notice if:

  • You materially breach the Terms.
  • You are likely ineligible to use the Services under applicable laws or policies.

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED may also terminate the Services for any legitimate business, legal, or regulatory reason with 30 days’ written notice to you. If you violate the Community Guidelines, FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED may restrict or deactivate your access immediately. You may end these Terms at any time, for any reason.

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED may update any related policies or supplemental terms (including the Community Guidelines) periodically. These changes will be effective upon posting on the Service platform, and your continued use after such posting or after the notice period indicates your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.

 Modifications to Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms and any referenced documents to comply with legal requirements and for other legitimate business reasons. Changes will be posted on www.Febriwash.com/terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED Platform after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should discontinue using the FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED Platform.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal information and is available at our Privacy Policy link. It is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED Platform, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED may disclose user information to third parties under certain conditions detailed in the Privacy Policy.

2. Payment & Billing

We accept various payment methods, including cash, cards, e-wallets, and net banking. You will receive an estimated bill at garment drop-off and a final bill via SMS after booking. Please keep your original bill or challan for pickup, as it is required at delivery. Urgent deliveries incur a 25% surcharge. Check your items at delivery, as claims for damages after 24 hours will not be entertained. FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for issues like color fastness, shrinkage, or damage to decorations during processing. Stain removal is attempted but not guaranteed, and customers cannot claim processing charge deductions for incomplete stain removal.

3. Booking

Services can be scheduled via our website, or phone, from 10 AM TO 9 PM, seven days a week. A minimum booking amount of Rs. 250 is required for free pickup and drop. Check and confirm the count of your garments at pickup. FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for garment loss reported after successful delivery. While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur. We do not accept accessories not meant for processing, and detachable accessories are treated as separate items.

4. Compensation & Disclaimer

Inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours. FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED offers a two-day warranty post-delivery for service quality issues, provided the items have not been used. Items left beyond 15 days from delivery may incur extra charges, and FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for loss or damage after 30 days. Cleaning is done at the owner’s risk, especially for items prone to discoloration or shrinkage. Claims for lost or damaged items are limited to six times the processing cost or Rs. 3,000, whichever is lower.

5. Your Use of the Services

To use the Services, you must register for an Account and be at least 18 years old, unless specified otherwise for particular services. Keep your Account information up-to-date and secure. You are responsible for all activity on your Account. You must comply with all applicable

 laws and only use the Services for lawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED provides the Services “as is” and disclaims all warranties except as expressly stated in these Terms. The total liability of FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED for any claims under these Terms is limited to INR 10,000. You agree to indemnify FEBRIWASH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED against all liabilities arising from your use of the Services or any breaches of these Terms.

7. Governing Law; Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in indore, India, unless resolved through arbitration or other agreed dispute resolution methods.
